Symptoms:

* When viewing a Vodcast on an iPod Touch or iPhone the top and bottom of the image is cut off.
* Error message: N/A

Resolution:

* The user will need to double-tap the video while it is playing to display the video in the correct 4:3 aspect ratio, which will curtain the image with black side bars.
