Symptoms:
* Unable to license my Echo System
Resolution:
* The EchoSystem checks the current time of the server to confirm it is in sync with Network Time Protocol, if there is a discrepancy of 90 seconds or more the licensing will fail. If out of sync, re-sync server system time with NTP.
* Confirm Echo360 has issued a license for your system.
