Is there any chance that someone here would be willing to share an example of a file that they use to import schedules, or point me to some documentation that describes the required syntax? We're currently using EchoSystem Server v. 2.5.19.17210
thanks in advance,
Alan

Alan,
I am thinking that you are referring to the Import button located in the Schedule > Schedules page in the ess admin interface. This is actually there for legacy support of Apreso capture stations one of our previous products, and can't be used for capture appliances as the functionality is quite different.
However we have developed a CSV Import Tool that I'd be more than happy to discuss with you, give me a call when you have time.
Brett,
I just tried the documentation url and am getting through fine (http://docs.echo360....me/index.html). If this continues to be an issue for you please let me know.
Take it easy...
