We have several classes that are taught by multiple instructors. When one is the principle instructor for a specific class, they want to be able to list that instructor. Only one random name shows up during the rich media playback (and also when it is loading). There currently doesn't seem to be a way to select between them or show them all.

Jennifer,

After the class has been recorded and it's been processed, you can edit the presentation's metadata to deselect any presenters that aren't actually presenting in that particular class. This could be done by anyone in the presenters list who has access to the ESS or anyone who has administrative rights to the ESS.

This isn't a scheduled, "before the event" activity, but it at least allows the correct information to be displayed.

Would they all still have access to the file as a presenter though?

Could that functionality be added to the API if it doesn't exist? It would be good if it can happen at scheduling time. That said I don't have a data source right now for that but user entry as part of another form would work.
