I'm sending out reports to the instructors... and I'm seeing now that if we've already recorded the same course -- it gets nearly impossible to generate a report that is only for a certain semester.

Hi Jennifer,

My name is Damyon Wiese and I am an engineer from Echo360. I am currently gathering the requirements together for improvements to the reporting functionality in EchoSystem, most of which will be targeted at the end of year 2010 release. With regards to this feature request, I can say that I have included the requirement for being able to specify a list of report generation criteria when generating a report and the ability to narrow down to an individual section will be in the list of report generation criteria. We have not locked down the final list of criteria for all reports yet so I can't give you much more detail than that, but if you have any other suggestions around the reporting in EchoSystem I will be more than happy to take a look at them.

Regards, Damyon Wiese

Damyon

Enhancements to the reporting would be very useful, as I am often asked for breakdowns on course specific details.
Thanks
Rob

What lectopia has would be a good start ;-)

Additionally if reporting could also include combinations of factors including by venue or multiple venues which is good for analysis of useage and changes, by recording type, by whatever for a specific course for example.
