Good morning all,

I have had a couple of queries from users if there is any intention in the future to release a non-flash based version that they can play on there iPads or perhapes even an Echo application.

Thanks

J.

Hi Jason,

We are planning to extend basic playback support for iPad first while we consider the requirements for a more robust mobile experience across several mobile device platforms. This work is being considered in our roadmap during 2011.

Is there anything specific you would like to see in either the playback support or an app?

Thanks,
Carl

Hi Carl,

Just a note to add our support to that - a playback app (and preferably a recorder app) for Apple and Android OS's would be a real boon.

One suggestion made a by a member of staff here was that (considering the limitations of screen size and the touch interface) a swipe to switch between screen capture and video might be a neat way of presenting the recording?

Regards,

Eoin
