Hello all,
I have a scheduled recording that occurs on our Echo ESS 2.5.23.17566 every other day. The scheduler is set very basic:reoccurring schedule, only audio/vga(for quality) and publish to our Blackboard system. The problem is when the Echo link is published to the instructor's Bb course site, the link is posted but the link also contains a link for 'download lecture audio'. How can I prevent the 'download lecture audio' link from being posted into Blackboard. I have reviewed the publisher settings, the schedule settings and the global settings but cannot find where this links is configured at. Again, under the scheduler in the products section only the audio/vga option is selected for the captures.
Please let me know where I can modify the settings to prevent that link from being published I would appreciate it. Currently once the link is published the instructor modifies the link and removes the HTML tagging for the download audio option.
Thanks,
Michael

Hi Michael --
This is a limitation in the 2.5 release and is addressed in the 2.6 release (current shipping version) of our product. I have attached a screenshot of the new publisher configuration screen for your review. I hope that this helps.

Wes,
Thank you for your time and response. I will be upgrading soon so this shouldn't be an issue too much longer for the faculty and this is a great help to know.
appreciate your help,
Michael
