We have been using Panopto for more than a year with not many problems other than those caused by user error. To capture audio and video we have been using Dell 990 computers running Win 7 with Osprey 230 and 240 A/V capture cards.

I have been trying to install Echo360 Personal Capture software on these computers, and I am completely unable to do so. On every computer, I get a Windows 2343 error (specified path is empty). My best guess is that something in the Osprey software is creating a problem. So far I haven't tried uninstalling the Osprey software before running the Echo Personal Capture install...then re-installing the Osprey stuff. I may try that tomorrow. (There's a screen capture of the error message attached.)

This is a major problem for us, and so far I haven't found a solution. If anyone has one, please let me know.

I had understood that the PCap software will only recognise USB video devices.
