There should be a better way for Academic/Support staff to view the next live link for their class
At the moment the only way is to look at the schedule details for the next scheduled capture or from Monitor assuming it is the same day as the recording
The only other way is to look at the class module information which has a number of steps associated with it Schedule/Course/Module,etc, which is problematic for some teaching staff as well as the permissions that have to be given to the user.

It would be better if the contacts could be emailed the link ahead of time or if all live links for the course could be made visible, in which case a list could then be provided that course secretaries could refer to

Thanks
Steven

Hi Steven --

Thanks for the post we appreciate the feedback. The live links can currently be displayed or attained in the following ways within the EchoSystem:

1) From the Scheduling detail page after the schedule is activated.
2) In the EchoCenter portal page available for both student and academic roles.
3) Emailed prior to class to the registered academic for the course section/schedule.

The last two options are items that you may not be configured for within the system and may need some technical assistance to get working properly. There are a couple of options for this assistance:

1) Review the documentation for these features in our online documentation set:
2) Contact the Echo360 technical support team via the customer support portal for assistance.

I hope that this helps.
